End User License Agreement (EULA)

BAAR Authenticator WordPress Plugin

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and BAAR Technologies Inc., the developer and owner of the BAAR Authenticator WordPress Plugin ("Software").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

BAAR Technologies Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the BAAR Authenticator plugin on one (1) WordPress website per license purchased, solely for your own personal or business use.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

Use the Software on a WordPress website that you own or manage.
Install updates provided by BAAR Technologies.
Access features including multi-factor authentication (MFA), passwordless login, and administrative controls.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or lease the Software.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Modify or create derivative works of the Software without prior written consent.
Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. BAAR Technologies retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, trademarks, and trade secrets.

5. Updates & Support

BAAR Technologies may, but is not obligated to:

Provide updates, patches, or new features for the Software.
Offer support via email or the support portal for valid license holders.

6. Termination

This Agreement will automatically terminate if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Software.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. BAAR Technologies disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, performance, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAAR Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
